![]() ![]() In the interest of science I played with the touchscreen controls for as long as I could. The cover system is smooth, and shooting feels precise and responsive. With the added emphasis on cosmetic microtransactions, this could easily have been a PvP-focused cash grab, but there’s actually been some work put into it. That The Division Resurgence has a full campaign as well as open world gameplay is both welcome and encouraging. The shooting feels just as smooth as it did before, with a satisfying zip and crackle when headshots drop an enemy or you stich a line of body shots across some ruffian’s windbreaker. I played through the first five story missions in the preview build, and took care of a few side missions along the way and it was satisfying to be back in this world. Both modes will work the same as they did before, with dedicated instances for both and their own line of rewards for taking part. It will also feature pretty much all the content of the base release, including the PvP Conflict mode and the Dark Zone, The Division‘s PvPvE mode that gave the original game its legs for quite some time. ![]() The “Resurgence” part of the title is the giveaway here: everything you did in the first game has kind of been undone, all the snake-heads you severed have grown back, and it’s up to you to go out and machete them all off again. It’s a third-person cover shooter that sees you fight your way through a ravaged New York City, fighting down the same old gangs in the same old streets. I wouldn’t go so far as to call them “fan-favourites”, but it’s nice to see certain faces again if you played the original way back when.Īt brass tacks level, it plays the same as the main games. It comes after the events of the original, and reintroduces a handful of characters. This is essentially The Division 1.5, slotting in-between the two mainstream games in terms of story and lore. But there are plenty around that at least offer a meaty chunk of content before they start stinging you, and surprisingly, The Division Resurgence looks set to fall into this category. And often when you do manage to separate the two, there’s still significant overlap. It’s always been tricky to differentiate between the games made with a clear vision and ambition, and the games made to siphon your cash as quickly as possible. Laser Lithotripsy Predictive factors Remnant particles Urolithiasis.I’ve never been a big fan of mobile gaming. Complete residual stone removal by using a basket or dusts eradication by irrigation for an adequate time during surgery can be a good surgical strategy. ![]() The presence of dusts and RFs was poor prognostic factors in patients underwent renal stone surgery using a holmium laser. The size of dusts and RFs increased, respectively, in 18.1 % (19/105) and 28.6 % (8/28) of patients with remnant particles during the follow-up period. Remnant particles disappeared in 42 out of 105 patients (40.0 %) in dusts and 7 out of 28 patients (25.0 %) in RFs groups (P = 0.187). In patients whose remnant particles were naturally eliminated following lithotripsy, the mean stone passage time was 9.0 (☙.3) months in the dusts and 13.9 (☑1.1) months in the RFs groups (P = 0.135). The mean follow-up period was 18.5 (± 12.9) months. Mean age was 56.5 (☑4.4) years, and mean stone size was 19.5 (☑2.5) mm. The size criteria of dusts and residual fragments (RFs) were, respectively, <1 and <3 mm.Īfter excluding 22 patients, 126 patients (RFs = 21, dusts = 98, and both RFs and dusts = 7) were analyzed. Of these, we included 148 patients with unilateral renal stones between 10 and 30 mm, as well as remnant particles after surgery. To investigate the spontaneous clearance rates of remnant particles following miniaturized percutaneous nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL) and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS).Īmong 624 patients who underwent mini-PCNL or RIRS at our institution from 2011 to 2015, we collected data of 247 patients with 2 years of follow-up. ![]()
